105mm THERMAL BREAK INSULATION WASHERS & 110mm WARM ROOF DECK SCREWS for attaching 150mm PIR Insulation & 2 x 18mm OSB BOARD together. This fixing pack has been designed for the following warm roof deck application. Top Layer: 18mm OSB Board. Middle Layer: 150mm PIR Insulation.

Bottom Layer: 18mm OSB Board. You will receive 105mm Thermal Break Insulation Washers and 110mm ETKR Screws. Just select your pack size from the drop down menu above. Things to consider before purchasing. 1: You will need to drill a 14mm clearance hole in the top layer of the OSB board so the washer can fit through.

2: The screw sits deep inside the thermal break washer so you will need an extended PH2 drill bit. 3: The screw supplied will provide full thread engagement into the bottom layer of the OSB board but without protrusion. 4: If your insulation is deeper than 150mm you will need a longer screw. 5: If your insulation is less than 150mm then you need a shorter screw.
