The term C-Stand means Century Stand, comes from the early days of motion picture production. It is still very popular at this very day, due to its extra stability and robust design, which is capable of holding fairly heavy equipment. At a maximum capacity of 10kg, this C-Stand is made of die-cast chrome metal therefore very versatile in its use. It can be extended to a length of 115cm to 250cm in 2 segments and be locked at the desired height with two butterfly screws.

A foam grip ensures slip resistance and ease of use. The stepped height of each of the base legs allows individual legs to be set at any angle and also allows multiple stands to be used extremely close together, which is very convenient for small studio or limited spaces. Due to the spigot with a 5/8 inch connection you can mount all common studio lights and flashes onto the lamp tripod.

Switching between different lights is also easy and quick. The tripod can be disassembled for storage.

While the centre column can be retracted to a length of 115cm for storage or transport, the tripod legs can be folded flat and removed from the centre column. High maximum load capacity of 10kg.
