NEW A&A Corvette Supercharger C5 Tuner Kit. This is the tuner kit which will require a custom tune done locally after you install the kit and does not include a programmer. Tuning is available as an upgrade and will include CARB certification to make the kit 50 state legal. This is where it all started for A&A back in the 1990s.

The C5 continues to be a great platform for supercharging due to the affordability and number of vehicles available. While some manufacturers have stopped supporting C5, they not only support, but continue to improve existing parts and design new ones. These supercharger kits are the most complete available, including everything needed for installation. This includes all mounting brackets for the blower, pullies, belts, intercooler, all the tubing, piping, fittings and clamps and even oil for the self contained lubricating system. THE HEAD UNIT A&A Corvette uses Vortech quality head units in all their systems. Vortech builds their head units to their specifications under a private label agreement. They offer head units of varying sizes to accommodate different horsepower levels. Their Si Trim head unit is best suited for stock engines and is the only one available in their C. (available in engine oil fed or self-contained) The Ti Trim is better suited for those with headers, moderate camshafts, Methanol injection etc.

And is a NO COST OPTION. (available in engine oil fed or self-contained) The YSi is the KING of this family of blowers. When combined with a properly built engine, 8 or 10 rib belt drive and one of their dual pump fuel systems, the YSi is capable of over 1000 REAR WHEEL HORSEPOWER in a late model Corvette. RAM Intercooler Design C5 is a Bottom Breather.

Incoming airflow is drawn in from under the car, rather than through a large grille opening as in later models. This requires a different approach as to how to get adequate airflow through the intercooler. Their Ram Air Intercooler with CNC laser cut aluminum panels is sealed tightly against the front panel and has its own scoop to grab the airflow and force it through the intercooler itself. Engine Cooling Engine cooling is also a major consideration overlooked by other manufacturers.

Theirs is the only system that looks at this problem and actually does something about it. They have CNC formed aluminum panels that seal this whole area off so the airflow is trapped in the radiator cavity and forced into the radiator. This approach helps engine cooling tremendously. As with the standard drive system, all the supercharger and accessories will run on the same belt. The supercharger runs on its own dedicated 8 rib belt while the alternator and power steering run on a separate 6 rib belt. This allows for a much shorter belt running the supercharger which translates into less belt stretch and better grip. This upgrade includes their proprietary SFI approved 8 rib, 10% overdrive balancer (has an extra set of ribs to run the secondary shaft) all belts, spacers and pulleys needed as well as a spring tensioner and custom power steering hose.

Their jackshaft pulley (splits the supercharger and accessory belts) is the only one that is driven by its own dedicated belt. It is NOT driven by the air conditioning belt like other systems on the market. Testing has shown the torque needed to cause the secondary shaft belt to slip is more than 2 ½ times that of the traditional Direct Drive or Flip Drive.
