ARP Head Studs for Suzuki G13 G13A G13B Swift G16 1.6 16V CUSTOM MADE
High quality performance parts at the right price made in USA. Kit comes with (10) studs , (10) washers, and (10) nuts needed for a direct bolt on, as well as the ARP moly-lube and instruction sheet. The studs are manufactured from 8740 chrome moly steel, heat-treated to 200,000 PSI tensile strength, and precision J-form threads rolled after heat-treat to create a fastener that has threads 2000% stronger than others. Replace your stock head bolts with ARP heavy duty head studs. The stud design helps the head and the block equalize the pressure better thereby creating a much more even and consistent seal. It is recommended to replace the head studs/bolts with a new set if the head bolts are ever loosened due to metal fatigue. Reusing an old and possibly warped or stretched head bolts/studs will sacrifice the seal between the head and block and may cause head gasket leak. This is a great an easy upgrade when doing an engine rebuild or building a race motor. Applications: Suzuki G13BA SOHC 8-valve Engines G16. I f you have twin-cam engine for the Swift GTi variant.
